Just in: Elon Musk Hits Jeff Bezos Very Hard:- The world’s second and third richest men have a relationship that is hard to fathom. They have even worn the symbolic crown of the richest person in the world in the past. They are both serial entrepreneurs.

In addition to the rankings of the big fortunes of the planet, they also compete in the conquest of space, as they have set up companies that are in competition with each other. They are Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos.

The Two Billionaires Visiting Formula One

The first is the CEO of automaker Tesla  (TSLA) – Get Free Report, the founder of SpaceX, and the owner of Twitter. The second is the founder of Amazon  (AMZN) – Get Free Report and Blue Origin.

Musk is 51 and Bezos is 59. While they are both disruptors, they nevertheless have different lifestyles. Musk is less flamboyant. Bezos loves the spotlight and red carpets. Musk is the second richest person in the world with a net worth valued at $169 billion, as of May 7, by the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

He is preceded by the French tycoon Bernard Arnault, whose wealth is estimated at $206 billion. Bezos is third in this ranking with an estimated net worth of $129 billion.

On May 6, Elon Musk and Richard Branson coincidentally found themselves at the same event, the 2023 Formula One Miami Grand Prix at the Miami International Autodrome.

However, they were reportedly guests of two different teams and did not interact publicly during the event. The occasion was the final practice lap before the race, which took place on May 8th.

The event drew a large crowd of spectators and featured some of the world’s top Formula One drivers competing for the championship. The presence of both billionaires at the same event generated some media attention, given their status as high-profile figures in the business and technology worlds.

During the 2023 Formula One Miami Grand Prix at the Miami International Autodrome on May 6, Elon Musk was accompanied by his 3-year-old son, X. Musk visited the Red Bull team, which is the team of the outgoing world champion Max Verstappen.

Pictures circulated online of Musk holding X in his arms while chatting with team leaders and examining the cars up close. Musk was dressed in a khaki t-shirt and wore a cap.

The photos of Musk and his son at the event generated interest and attention on social media, with some fans of the billionaire entrepreneur praising his involvement in the world of high-performance racing.

On May 6, Jeff Bezos and his girlfriend, Lauren Sanchez, were also present at the 2023 Formula One Miami Grand Prix at the Miami International Autodrome. Bezos was dressed casually in a black t-shirt that revealed his muscles and jeans, while Sanchez wore a white blouse and jeans.

The couple visited the McLaren team during the event. It is unclear if Bezos and Musk actually met or interacted during the event, as there is no indication of such a meeting.

Nonetheless, their simultaneous presence at the same event generated some interest among their followers and in the media, given their rivalry as two of the world’s richest individuals and prominent figures in the technology and space industries.

On May 7, Elon Musk took to Twitter to criticize Jeff Bezos after a user shared an old interview of Bezos with Jay Leno from 1999. In the video, Bezos appears less physically imposing than he does now.

Musk took advantage of this, and commented on Bezos’ physique, suggesting that he had “gained a few pounds” since the video was shot. This comment was seen by many as a thinly-veiled jab at Bezos, with whom Musk has had a long-standing rivalry in the space and technology industries.

Musk and Bezos have been competing in the race to develop space technology and bring commercial space travel to the masses, and their rivalry has been characterized by jabs and insults exchanged publicly on social media and in interviews.

The Twitter user had shared the old interview of Jeff Bezos with Jay Leno from 1999, and in response, Musk made a comment about Bezos’ physique, suggesting that he had become more physically imposing over the years.

Musk also shared a picture of Bezos and Sanchez walking hand in hand at the 2023 Formula One Miami event, seemingly poking fun at their appearance. The exchange between Musk and the Twitter user once again highlighted the ongoing rivalry between Musk and Bezos, which has been fueled by their competition in the space and technology industries.

Their rivalry has often played out in public on social media, with both billionaires taking jabs at each other and seeking to one-up each other’s achievements.

Bezos has yet to respond.

Musk Scolds Bezos

Musk has a history of publicly criticizing or mocking his rival, Jeff Bezos. In May 2022, Musk responded to a question from a Twitter user who asked whether he thought Bezos was a good person.

Musk’s response was to ask Bezos to make a choice between two options: “Either be the world’s richest man or one of the world’s most successful space entrepreneurs.

You can’t have both.” This comment was seen as a swipe at Bezos’ efforts to develop space technology with his company, Blue Origin, and his ambitions to eventually become a leading figure in the commercial space travel industry.

The comment also reflected the ongoing competition between Musk and Bezos in the space industry, with both billionaires seeking to gain a competitive edge over the other.

“He’s fine, I guess,” Musk said. He then took the opportunity to send a flurry of criticism to Bezos.

In addition to asking Bezos to make a choice between being the world’s richest man or one of the world’s most successful space entrepreneurs, Musk also made a comment about Bezos spending time in the hot tub.

This comment was likely a reference to press articles in the tabloids that had chronicled Bezos and his girlfriend Lauren Sanchez’s holiday in St. Barts.

Musk’s comment was seen by many as a dig at Bezos’ luxurious lifestyle and the media attention it attracts, while also being another example of the ongoing rivalry and competition between the two billionaires.

“If he wants to get to orbit, less partying and more work would be advisable,” Musk concluded.
