Elon Musk sparked speculation about the future of a company he had previously purchased for $44 billion last October when he posted a single letter ‘X’ on his Twitter account.

According to Bloomberg, an April 4 document submitted in a California court as part of a lawsuit against Twitter and its former CEO Jack Dorsey revealed that the microblogging platform was involved in some sort of merger or acquisition.

However, the details of this transaction remain unclear and have not been officially confirmed by the company. It’s important to exercise caution when interpreting information from unofficial sources.
